Precious Isijola or short for Precious. I am a HMO property investor and a founder of several property management companies investing and managing over 15 HMO properties worth over £50 million. I have a wide experience in creative ways to secure property deals and a significant knowledge in managing and optimizing returns from HMO properties.

I love to help others create residual income and build a long-term sustainable income through property investments. Having done several property strategies such as Rent to Rent, Serviced Apartment and HMO property management, I have established this “Let’s Do Property” as a platform and community to work with help other people invest in long-term cash flowing properties to enabling them fulfil their dreams of having a much higher quality of life and more time to spend with their children and family.
